We aim to provide thoughtful, practical and considered guidance. However, we cannot guarantee employment, promotion, business success, profitability, funding, investment, client acquisition or any other particular outcome.

4. Information Supplied by Clients
Our assessment and recommendations depend on the accuracy, completeness and relevance of the information provided to us.
If information is materially incomplete or changes during an assignment, we may need to request clarification, revise the scope or agree a different timescale or price before continuing.
5. Scope of Work
We will confirm the proposed service, scope, price and expected timescale before the client commits to the assignment.
We reserve the right to decline or discontinue a request that falls outside our expertise, capacity, ethical standards or permitted scope of work. Where a payment has been made for a request we cannot accept or complete, our refund arrangements will be explained in our Terms of Service.
6. Ethical and Safety Boundaries
We do not knowingly provide assistance intended to facilitate fraud, money laundering, terrorism, terrorist activity, unlawful conduct, exploitation or other serious wrongdoing.
We do not undertake work intended to endanger, threaten, deceive, exploit or cause unlawful harm to individuals or the public.
We may decline requests that raise serious ethical, legal, security or public-safety concerns.
7. Limitation of Responsibility
Nothing in this disclaimer excludes or restricts any liability or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted under applicable law.
